First Flips Gymnastics: Fall 2011 Enrollment Schedule – note “priority enrollment weeks” – current student fees due.

“Priority Enrollment” = current student payments due.  Our current customers have 1 week to reserve their current spot in class OR switch to another class prior to outside enrollment being accepted.  Your child’s spot is ONLY secured w/ payment for the upcoming month being made in full.

“Open Enrollment” means all class spots that are “unpaid” will be open on a first come first serve basis.  Verbal confirmations of attendance DO NOT secure their place in class.

Payment Options:  Cash, Check, or Credit Card (Discover, MasterCard, Visa)  Payments can be made in person, over the phone, or by using the small gray drop box located in the lobby.  NOT the one labeled “Team Boosters”.

 SEPTEMBER 2011:  (Those who come on Saturday or Monday will be prorated to 3 weeks this month due to the Labor Day Holiday Closing)

WEEK 1 - 10/24-10/29  - OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR NOVEMBER

WEEK 2 - 10/31-11/5

WEEK 3 - 11/7-11/12

WEEK 4 - 11/14-11/19 - PRIORITY ENROLLMENT FOR DECEMBER

CLOSED FOR THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY THE WEEK OF 11/21-11/27

DECEMBER 2011:  (ALL CLASSES will be prorated to 3 weeks this month due to the WINTER CLOSING).

WEEK 3 - 12/12-12/17 - PRIORITY ENROLLMENT FOR JANUARY 2012

CLOSED FOR WINTER BREAK 12/19-1/1/2012 - FRONT OFFICE WILL BE ACCEPTING JANUARY ENROLLMENT DURING THIS TIME.
