Our School Year sessions are 5 weeks & our Summer sessions are 6 weeks. If you see a different price listed it indicates that this class will not meet for the full 5 week session, the price is automatically adjusted to reflect the closure. Please see our "Sessions and Closed Dates" for what days or weeks we are closed.
Strength & Conditioning - 60 minutes
This class is for anyone who wishes to improve thier strength and flexibility. This is a great class for anyone in any sport since you will be working on all muscle groups.
